Our Staff

Paige Bragg

Paige is the programs director for the 15s-18s age groups. Paige played volleyball at Huron High School, and also played travel volleyball during her off seasons for PRIDE Volleyball Club and Cleveland Volleyball Company. She continued her volleyball career at Bethany College, where she also coached for Ohio Valley Volleyball Academy. She is currently the head coach at St. Francis Central Catholic School, which is why she is only available to help out with the elementary and high school age groups during her off seasons. She will be coaching the 16 American and 18 Regional teams this season.

Sydney Bragg

Sydney is the programs director for the 11s-14s age groups. She played volleyball at Huron High School, and played travel volleyball for Spirit Volleyball Club and Cleveland Volleyball Company. Sydney continued her volleyball career at Thomas More College, where she also coached for Midwest Xtreme during her off seasons. She currently plays in indoor and beach volleyball leagues during her free time.

Trent Pendleton

Trent is from Princeton, WV where he was the volleyball manager at Pikeview High School. He finally had the opportunity to play on a team once he joined the WVU men's club volleyball team, since his school did not have a men's team, and is currently a setter and defensive specialist. He is also a senior at WVU and is studying biology and psychology. This will be Trent's 5th season coaching for Morgantown Volleyball Club and he will be coaching the 15 American team this season.

Tori Terry

Tori is from Princeton, WV, where she played volleyball at Princeton Senior High School as well as SJOC, CLASH, and PPVC. She played as a setter and received awards including All State Special Honorable Mention and All State Honorable Mention. She also surpassed 2,000 assists in her high school setting career as well as 1,000 digs. Currently, Tori is a student at West Virginia University studying Biology and still plays volleyball with her fiance in her free time. This will be Tori's 4th season with Morgantown Volleyball Club and she will be the coach of the 15 National team.

Cole Cochran

Cole is from Princeton West Virginia and is currently in medical school at WVU. Cole played football, basketball, and baseball in high school and his love for volleyball began when he first started watching his girlfriend play in high school. Cole has played on the WVU men's club team for the past 4 years as a middle hitter. This will be Cole's 4th season coaching for Morgantown Volleyball Club and will be the coach for the 11 Regional team.

Laasha Justice

Laasha works as in HR at Trident Energy. She played volleyball at Philip Barbour High School for 4 years. She started coaching at Barbour Elite 14U for 3 seasons. After moving back to Morgantown, she has coached with Morgantown Volleyball Club for the past 3 years. She has also coached at Jefferson Morgan High School the past 2 seasons, being the head coach last season. She will be coaching the 14 American and 17 American teams this upcoming season.

Mabel Jetten

Mabel played volleyball for Jefferson-Morgan High School and played travel volleyball for Penn Highlands Volleyball Club. Mabel continued her volleyball career at Waynesburg University, where she graduated with a business management degree. She has also been officiating high school volleyball for the past 5 years and had been officiating for USAV volleyball for the past 2 years. She has also been the assistant coach at West Greene High School for the past 2 seasons. Mabel currently lives in Waynesburg, PA with her husband, Mike, and 2 daughters, Naya and Adeline. She has been a hair stylist since 2018, and is also co-owner and manager of Fruition Bowls and Brews in Waynesburg, PA and Morgantown, WV. This will be Mabel's second season coaching for Morgantown Volleyball Club and will be coaching the 17 Regional team this season.

Anna Witt

Anna Witt is a senior at West Virginia University studying Multiple Disciplines Studies composed of Child Development and Family Studies, Sports Coaching, and Special Education. She is originally from South Florida, where she played volleyball for 7 years as a right side. Volleyball has always been a massive part of her life. She suffered an injury that put a halt to her collegiate career, which led her to find a new path, and that new path led her to coaching. She is the new coach at Trinity and is ecstatic to be coaching the 13 American team at MVC for the 2023-24 season!

Jake Franz

Jake Franz is from Columbus, Ohio, and a recent alumnus of West Virginia University. Throughout high school, Jake played for Vanguard Volleyball Club as an opposite hitter and setter. He also set for Saint Charles Preparatory School, helping the team secure a state championship title. Jake continued playing in college with the WVU men's club while simultaneously working as a practice player for Coach Sunahara's D1 Women's team. In his senior year, Jake led WVU men's club volleyball as president, running practices and organizing tournaments. Jake will be coaching the 14 American team this season.

Ashley Phillips

Ashley is currently a senior at WVU majoring in Elementary Education, in hopes it graduate in May. Volleyball has been a part of her life since she was 11 years old, when she began playing in 5th grade. She played for Frankfurt high school and played her freshman year at Potomac State College. She is excited to give back to the game she loves, and will be coaching the 10 Regional team this season.

Brooke Detrick

Brooke is currently a senior a WVU majoring in Elementary Education. She is from Keyser, WV, where she played volleyball for her middle school and high school seasons. She continued her volleyball career at Potomac State College. Brooke has loved volleyball since she was in the 6th grade, and can't wait to coach the 10 Regional team this season!
